Weekly Rental - $1645.00 ($235.00 per night)
Deposit* - $235 minimum
Special Event - $ 600.00 per day
Deposit* - $ 250.00
* Refund of deposit upon completion and compliance of rental agreement.
For any cancellations, a 30-day advance notice is required for refund of deposits. A 60-day advance notice is required for refund of down payments as well as initial deposit.
An additional $65 fee per canine plus a $200.00 refundable pet deposit is also required. Failure to report visiting canine(s) will result in forfeiture of vacation rental deposit.
